Job Description

  • We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help our client expand their digital footprint, oversee their social media  communications efforts and increase brand awareness and affinity.
  • The ideal candidate will manage thecompany's image in a cohesive way to achieve theirmarketing and branding goals.
  • The candidate should be well-versed in the latest digital technologies and social media trends. The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of SEO, analytics, and content management tools.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, engagement and delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement  social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging creative content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  •  Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Update content across various social media channels.
  • Utilize social media marketing.
  • Design and implement social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage and track budgets for social media activities.
  • Research on industry-related topics.
  • Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Meta and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.

Salary

N200,000 / month.
