Ebelechukwu International Group of Schools is currently seeking recruitment for a qualified, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital communication efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in showcasing the values, activities, and achievements of our school community across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a clear and engaging social media strategy for the school.
• Create original and compelling content (text, images, and video) that highlights school events, student achievements, academic programs, and community involvement.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with the school’s online audience in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote school events, admissions, and announcements through effective digital campaigns.
• Work closely with school leadership and staff to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
• Keep up to date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Track performance, gather analytics, and provide monthly reports on engagement and growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a National Diploma (ND) or higher in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a school, brand, or organization
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Creative, passionate, and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail and design
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with school environments and educational content is an added advantage
