Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brand's marketing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for engagement and growth on various social media platforms.
  • Create and manage a social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and planning campaigns to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts, that reflect the brand's voice and style.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics and multimedia content for social media channels.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns, promotions, and special events to drive audience engagement and interaction.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster a positive and engaging community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand reach and visibility.
  • Encourage user-generated content and engage with followers to create a sense of community and loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify successful strategies and content, adjusting plans based on performance and audience feedback.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and brand promotions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns, making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Brand Consistency and Compliance:
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, voice, and visual style.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to keep the brand's social media presence current and competitive.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with legal and ethical standards, including copyright, privacy, and advertising regulations.

Qualifications

  • First degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video production, photography, and copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, tools, and software.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for fashion, trends, and the digital landscape, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Salary

  • N100,000 / Month.
  • Leave allowance
