iLearn Africa is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to drive our online presence and engage our audience across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will develop, curate, and manage content that tells the story of iLearn Africa, promotes our programmes and events, and strengthens our connection with learners, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with iLearn Africa’s brand and communication goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Adapt tone, voice, and style to suit different platforms and audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the communications and program teams to support campaigns, events, and initiatives through digital storytelling.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt tone, voice, and style across platforms.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of written content or published samples (blog posts, social media posts, ads, articles, or other digital content).
- Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and content creation software
- Creative mindset with visual storytelling ability.
