Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company's online presence.
• The ideal candidate will create compelling content, grow engagement across social media platforms, execute digital marketing campaigns, and strengthen the brand's online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Produce high-quality graphics, reels, videos, and written content.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other content creation tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital advertising.
• Must reside within the Lekki axis.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
