Job Summary
Studio COKA and AKO Alliance are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content execution across both brands, with Virtual Assistance focused on AKO Alliance.
This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that both brands are consistently visible, clearly communicated, and well-positioned through content.
Beyond content, the role also includes providing structured support to AKO Alliance, ensuring tasks are followed through and systems remain organized.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, creative, self-driven, and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Primary Focus)
- Plan, write, edit and schedule content across Studio COKA and AKO Alliance
- Ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand direction
- Translate ideas into clear, structured, and engaging content
- Repurpose content across platforms effectively
- Maintain quality, clarity, and consistency across all posts
- Track performance and identify what is working
- Continuously improve content based on results
Virtual Assistant – AKO Alliance (Secondary Role)
- Manage and organize tasks related to AKO Alliance
- Support communication and basic coordination where required
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain structured records, documents, and workflows
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Execution & Ownership
- Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Deliver work without constant reminders or supervision
- Identify gaps and take initiative to resolve them
- Maintain consistency in output and follow-through
- Focus on results, not just activity

Salary
₦120,000 monthly
