Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and creative Corp Member to support the management of the company’s social media platforms. The ideal candidate will assist with content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and monitoring of online performance to strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Assist in developing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry content.
• Work with the content creation team to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Track social media engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Assist in preparing basic social media performance reports.
• Ensure all social media content reflects the company’s brand and communication style.
• Suggest new ideas to improve audience engagement and online visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recruitment servicesBachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Must be a Corp Member currently serving in Lagos.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and management.
• Creative and proactive with good attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
