Role Summary

• Engage online audiences, create daily posts, and actively convert social media direct messages and comments into client bookings and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posts, content scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Respond instantly to comments and DMs to turn inquiries into paying customers/appointments.
• Work with the content creation team to plan and execute engaging visual calendars.
• Track weekly engagement metrics and inquiry conversion rates.

Must-Have Requirements

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year managing business social media channels with a sales/conversion focus.
• Skills: Excellent written communication, customer engagement, and familiarity with social tools.
• Bonus: Basic graphic design or video editing skills (CapCut/Canva).
