Job Summary

• UC Agency is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage and grow the company's digital presence across all  social media platforms.
• The Social Media Officer shall be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, monitoring, and evaluating digital content that promotes the company's products, services, projects, events, and corporate image. The successful candidate will help strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, generate leads, support sales activities, and maintain a positive online reputation for the company
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong content creation abilities, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for social media excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual social media plans.
• Establish measurable goals for audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Monitor emerging social media trends and recommend innovative approaches.
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Content Creation and Publishing:

• Law EnforcementCreate engaging graphics, videos, reels, stories, articles, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Write compelling captions, posts, blogs, and marketing content.
• Produce original content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate photography and videography activities.
• Schedule and publish content using approved social media management tools.
• Ensure timely publication of company announcements, product launches, promotions, and events.

Community Management:

• Monitor all social media accounts daily.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, inquiries, and customer complaints.
• Engage followers through polls, discussions, contests, surveys, and interactive campaigns.
• Build and nurture strong online communities around the company
• Escalate sensitive issues to management when necessary.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Support digital advertising campaigns.
• Assist with lead generation activities.
• Promote products, services, training programs, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Support online sales and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to execute marketing campaigns successfully.

Event Coverage and Media Support:

• Cover company events, exhibitions, conferences, training sessions, product launches, and corporate activities.
• Produce live social media coverage during events.
• Create event highlight videos and post-event reports.
• Coordinate livestream broadcasts where required

Analytics and Performance Reporting:

• Job search platformTrack key performance indicators across all social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, and audience growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze data and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing where necessary.

Brand and Reputation Management:

• Protect and enhance the online reputation of the company
• Monitor public sentiment and brand perception.
• Ensure all content complies with company policies and standards.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management efforts.

Requirement

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related discipline.
