A storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, overseeing in-store operations, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes, while a Sales representative is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
  • They conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. 
  • Receive incoming shipments into the warehouse, inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies. Unpacking and storing items in designated locations within the store/warehouse 
  • Processing orders, picking, packing, and preparing items for delivery or shipment to customers, and managing the logistics of outgoing shipments. 
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including sales, receipts, and inventory levels, is crucial. 
  • Ensure that the store or warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. 
  • Identify and research potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms. 
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present the company's products or services. 
  • Must be well-informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of the products or services we represent.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates living in WUSE, GWARIMPA, JABI, and JAHI are strongly encouraged to apply. 
  • HND/B.Sc./OND/NCE in a relevant and related field.
  • Mandatory in-depth knowledge of EXCEL, PowerPoint & WORD
  • Minimum 3 years of storekeeping/sales experience in a similar business is an added advantage.
  • Experience with mobile phones, accessories, and electronics technology.
