Summary

The student Advisor will attend to student enquiries and advise students on educational opportunities abroad, assisting them course selection, match student’s need and qualification with the right country. He/She would help complete applications, and preparing students for travel. 

Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries of students who are planning to study abroad – online or offline
• Provide personalized counseling to students seeking to study abroad.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate programs based on their interests and career goals.
• Guide and Help with the application process, including documentation and visa requirements.
• Guiding students in meeting all conditions of their admission and visa requirement.
• Vet and review student documents before application 
• Participate information sessions and workshops on studying abroad.
• Maintainup-to-date knowledge of international education trends and requirements.
• Track and monitor the progress of student applications and provide follow-up support.
• Collaborate and participate with team members in creating media contents and also building the company brand
• Manage the end-to-end student recruitment process: counseling, application submission, follow-ups, and offer conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, business or any related field
• Experience in educational counseling or international student advising.
• Understanding of the international education system and study abroad opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Empathy and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Suit (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
