Prime Pharmacy is a Pharmaceutical industry with superstores in all of its branches, We're a one-stop shop for all your medical and groceries needs. currently, we have three branches that are currently functional and operational 24/7. The Asokoro Garki branch is the Head Branch, while the other branches are located in Gwarimpa and Kubwa respectively.

Job Description

  • The role of a supervisor consists of overseeing and coordinating the activities of employees.
  • It involves providing clerical and administrative support to employees and ensuring all work functions are done adequately and accurately.
  • A supervisor ensures a positive experience for customers by overseeing all aspects of customer experience when interacting with the organization. a supervisor is expected to assist in the execution of all organization operations daily and must be well educated on the policies of the organization.
  • As such, reliability, responsibility, dependability and tolerance are some essential qualities required of anyone operating in this capacity.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities while in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Instructs employees on job responsibilities and company policies
  • Assign tasks to employees based on business needs
  • Supervise the work of sales assistants, cleaners, security and cashiers to ensure adherence to Prime Pharmacy procedures.
  • Enforce health, safety and security rules within Prime Pharmacy
  • Examine all Prime Pharmacy products to ensure accurate price and product quality.
  • Cooperate with the HR department to ensure compliance of company rules.
  • Record stock and re-order inventory when needed.
  • Provide customer service by welcoming, assisting and responding to customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Monitor and keep records of all sales activities
  • Discuss job performance with employees, identify issues and proffer solutions
  • Assist the HR department to carry out monthly staff performance appraisals
  • Perform all other activities as may be delegated by the Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer or the HR.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
