We are seeking a commercially exceptional Group Commercial Director to lead the group's sales, marketing, and business development functions, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate sustainable revenue growth across the three businesses.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lagos

What you’ll do

• Run recruitment from start to finish: adverts, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
• Build talent pools for sales, integrator, technician and intern roles
• Manage job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies
• Coordinate interview panels, scorecards and reference checks
• Onboard new hires with People Operations, and report on hiring every week

What you bring

• Degree in HR, business or social sciences (CIPM is an advantage)
• 5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment, including technical or sales hiring
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Nigerian job boards
• Organised and persuasive, and careful with candidate data.
