Job Title: Talent & Dancer Relations Coordinator (Female for Gender Balance)

About the Role
- Are you highly organized, confident, and passionate about managing people in a fast-paced entertainment environment? We are looking for a Female Talent & Dancer Relations Coordinator to join our team and take charge of the recruitment, onboarding, and administrative management of our exotic dance talent across local and international borders.
- This role is ideal for a dynamic and emotionally intelligent woman with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills, ready to play a key part in maintaining performance standards and ensuring smooth collaboration between dancers, management, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Contract Management:
- Identify and recruit talented dancers (local and foreign) in line with club standards.
- Draft, review, and manage all contracts in compliance with policy and legal frameworks.
- Track visa-related documentation and ensure dancers meet eligibility requirements.
International Logistics Coordination:
- Organize travel plans, bookings, and arrival schedules for foreign dancers from countries such as South Africa, Dominican Republic, Kenya, and Cameroon.
- Record travel expenses and manage financial accountability tied to dancer records
Onboarding & Scheduling Oversight:
- Maintain updated records of resumption dates, assigned shifts, and personal expectations.
- Ensure dancers are clearly briefed on operational standards and club policies.
Performance & Conduct Monitoring:
- Collaborate with operations to receive regular feedback on dancer performance, crowd appeal, and professionalism.
- Log individual performance trends for management’s review.
First-Line Communication & Inquiry Handling:
- Serve as the main liaison for dancer-related communication, managing both internal queries and external recruitment interest.
- Ensure issues are resolved diplomatically and efficiently.
Weekly Payout Coordination:
- Work closely with the finance team to coordinate accurate and timely payouts.
- Monitor loan deductions and payment reconciliations as per agreements.
Compliance & Disciplinary Support:
- Assist management in enforcing disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Maintain clear records of warnings, suspensions, and terminations following approved protocols.
Who We’re Looking For

- Aged between 27 and 35 years, with the emotional maturity to manage diverse personalities.
- Strong administrative and coordination background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, nightlife, or talent management is highly desirable
- Proficient in documentation, scheduling tools, and basic financial tracking
- Discreet, trustworthy, and culturally aware
- Ability to manage logistics and work under pressure, especially in a high-energy setting
