Job Overview

• A reputable infrastructure development firm is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple infrastructure projects (roads, aviation, building, and PPP initiatives), ensuring they meet scope, quality, and budget targets.
• Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, construction professionals, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, local authorities and private partners.
• Mentor and Guide project team members and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• A masters degree or advanced certification (MBA or an engineering masters) is a plus.
• Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering Principle, construction methods, and infrastructure project delivery.

Salary

N500,000 - N700,000 monthly (based on Experience).
