Job Title: Tele-sales Executive


Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking the services of talented, task driven and self motivated Female Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, proficient in English language, excellent communication skills, proper phone communication ethics, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paste work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You have no business with leads generation, you will only follow up on already generated leads to convert them intosales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM software
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify new sales opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Provide reports on daily activities
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have obtained a degree in Marketing and/or related Social or Management Science discipline.
  • Proven sales experienceenvironment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency inCRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to initiate, follow-up and close sales deals
  • Ability to think on your toes & be sponteneous.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
