The Telecom Direct Sales Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop young graduates into high-performing Direct Sales Executives within the telecom industry. The program provides structured training and hands-on field experience in customer acquisition, product promotion, and revenue generation for telecom products and services.

Trainees will learn practical sales techniques while promoting services such as SIM cards, data plans, broadband, voice services, and value-added telecom solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell telecom products and services directly to customers
  • Acquire new subscribers through field sales, kiosks, roadshows, and activation campaigns
  • Educate customers on telecom products, tariffs, data plans, and device offerings
  • Assist customers with SIM registration, activation, and onboarding processes
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Gather customer feedback and report market insights
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records
  • Support promotional campaigns and brand activations
  • Adhere to company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards


Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline
  • 0–2 years work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • NYSC completed or in progress
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the telecom industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a field-based, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital tools
