The Telecom Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s telecommunications products and services, including mobile plans, internet subscriptions, data solutions, and value-added services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through direct marketing, customer engagement, and relationship management, while delivering exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote telecom products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities to generate sales leads.
  • Sell voice, data, and broadband solutions to individual and corporate customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Record daily sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems or reporting tools.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2 years of experience in telecom sales, direct sales, or field marketing (fresh graduates with strong passion for sales may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools and mobile reporting systems.
