Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and lead lists.
  • Introduce and promote the company's products, services, and offers.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments and site inspections for prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Update customer information in the company's CRM or database.
  • Prepare periodic reports on call activities and lead conversions.


Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 4 years of experience.
