Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets within a financial institution.
  • The ideal candidates must be skilled in handling large volumes of outbound calls, emails, and client follow-ups, while promoting the bank’s financial products and services professionally and persuasively.
  • Success in this role requires resilience, confidence, and a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high volumes of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to promote financial products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investment packages, etc.).
  • Cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and financial goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails, or SMS to nurture leads and convert prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns or complaints to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to stay informed on new campaigns and offerings.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • BSc Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales within a financial institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good command of English and confidence in handling rejection.

Salary

Negotiable.
