Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales roles in a real estate firm is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales is an added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
