Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with their banking needs in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and transactions.
  • Provide information about bank products and services, making appropriate referrals when necessary
  • Process a variety of customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Ensure accurate handling of cash, checks, and other financial instruments.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure all transactions are compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Record and balance cash transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to daily reconciliation procedures.
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts, such as checking, savings, or certificates of deposit, and provide information on account types and features.
  • Update customer information in the bank's systems, including address changes, account inquiries, and other administrative tasks.
  • Monitor account activity for unusual or potentially fraudulent behavior, and report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.


Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
