Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an highly motivated and experienced territory sales manager to lead and grow Area/Territory sales performance by developing strategic plans, managing field operations, and driving customer engagement to meet revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide leadership and support to sales representatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
