Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an highly motivated and experienced territory sales manager to lead and grow Area/Territory sales performance by developing strategic plans, managing field operations, and driving customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy aligned with company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities
- Monitor competition and market trends
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Provide leadership and support to sales representatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
