Job Summary

Lucky Fibres Nigeria, part of the Tolaram Group, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Textile Engineers to join its manufacturing operations in Ikorodu, Lagos. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing through hands-on technical exposure and structured development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production processes including fibre, yarn, and fabric manufacturing
• Assist in dyeing, finishing, and quality control (QC) activities
• Support the operation, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of machinery
• Monitor production quality and report deviations from set standards
• Assist in data collection, documentation, and production reporting
• Participate in technical training, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Eng in Textile Engineering or Polymer & Textile Engineering
• 0–2 years post-graduation experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• NYSC completed or exemption obtained
• Basic understanding of textile production processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Skills (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of fibre, yarn, and fabric.
• Basic understanding of dyeing, finishing, and quality control processes
• Familiarity with textile machinery
• Good communication and teamwork skills
