Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to oversee staff training and ensure consistent service andproduct quality across all VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets. The ideal candidate should have a strongbackground in staff development and standard operating procedures (SOP). Candidates with experienceat KFC, Burger King, Domino's Pizza, Chicken Republic, or similar QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chains are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for store staff, supervisors, and new hires.Conduct hands-on training in customer service, beverage preparation, hygiene, and safetystandards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of store teams to ensure adherence to company SOPsWork closely with the Operations Manager to identify training needs and performance gaps.Create training manuals, videos, and standard operation checklists.
  • Support store openings by training new teams and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback to improve employee capability.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage or QSR industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service, hygiene standards, and food safety.
  • Ability to travel to multiple store locations for on-site training.
