• Manage the daily deployment, scheduling, and utilization of all company vehicles
• Ensure optimal fleet availability to meet operational demands
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles
• Maintain accurate records for vehicle licenses, insurance, roadworthiness, and permits
• Recruit, train, supervise, and discipline drivers
