The Unit Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and driving the performance of a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, leadership-driven, and experienced in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors/Agents
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings and performance reviews
• Support agents in closing major deals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
