Job Position: Van Sales Representative


Job Location: Ikeja / Maryland / Agege Axis & Isolo / Mushin / Surulere Axis - Lagos



Job Summary

  • The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for lifting stock from the warehouse and selling directly to assigned outlets within the designated territories.
  • This role requires integrity, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to reconcile sales accounts accurately.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular engagement.
  • Demonstrate and present product offerings to customers and trade partners.
  • Collect payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Complete all paperwork or use sales automation tools related to sales transactions.
  • Implement promotional activities and strategies to drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies.
  • Report daily/weekly sales performance and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure proper care and usage of company vehicles and stock.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in van sales, FMCG sales, or direct trade sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic understanding of financial transactions and sales reconciliation.

Salary

N250,000 / month.
