Job Overview

  • We are looking for a video content professional with strong hands-on shooting experience and proven KOL communication & management capabilities.
  • This role acts as a creative director for social video content, leading end-to-end production while coordinating internal teams and external influencers to deliver high-impact content aligned with brand and product strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Video Content Planning & Production:

  • Lead social media video content strategy, including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing
  • Act as a director role on set: guide videographers, coordinate talents, and mobilize cross-functional resources
  • Independently handle or oversee video shooting and post-production (video shot & video edit)
  • Develop video scripts and storyboards aligned with product messaging and platform requirements.

Creative Direction & Strategy:

  • Hands-on experience with various video shooting techniques, including framing, camera movement, and lighting basics.
  • Own video content strategy across platforms (short-form, product demo, installation cases, interviews)
  • Ensure creativity, storytelling, and visual quality meet brand standards
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance data and platform trends.

KOL / Influencer Communication & Management:

  • Local job searchManage end-to-end KOL communication, content briefing, and execution
  • Provide clear product usage and content guidance to ensure accurate product representation
  • Track and push KOL content delivery timelines and publishing schedules
  • Maintain long-term influencer relationships and evaluate content effectiveness.

User Case & Field Content:

  • Plan and execute installation case videos and real-user scenario demonstrations
  • Conduct and film end-user interviews, capturing authentic testimonials and use cases
  • Translate real usage scenarios into compelling storytelling content.

Team & Project Management:

  • Coordinate internal teams (marketing, product, sales) and external partners
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously with strong ownership and self-drive
  • Ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional video shooting and content production experience
  • Strong hands-on capability in video shooting, editing, and scripting
  • Proven experience in KOL / influencer communication and management
  • Experience acting as a director or lead role in video production projects
  • Solid understanding of social media video platforms and content formats
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual sense
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven
  • Proven project or team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer electronics / energy / tech products
  • Familiar with installation, technical, or product demonstration videos
  • Experience shooting on-site cases or field interviews
  • Overseas or cross-cultural content collaboration experience is a plus.
