About the Role

• We are hiring assistants to help grow and manage Reddit accounts for our client brands.
• You'll create and build up your own Reddit accounts using content and guidelines we provide, growing them into authentic, organic-feeling profiles.
• No camera needed, 100% remote and behind the scenes.
• Full step-by-step guides provided.
• Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into a Reddit Manager position with expanded responsibilities and hours.

Your Tasks

• Create Reddit accounts and grow them using content and guidelines we provide
• Browse, engage, comment, and post to build up account credibility and karma through genuine, natural activity
• Follow content and engagement briefs exactly
• Report progress and results to the team daily
• Grow into managing multiple accounts/subreddits as results improve

Requirements

• A reasonably fast, reliable mobile data connection that you can comfortably work with is required (Wi-Fi only does not qualify), this is mandatory
• iPhone preferred, or candidates with access to multiple phones
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Experience using Reddit personally, or knowledge of how karma, subreddits, and community rules work, is a plus — but not required
• Daily activity required, 7 days/week, 1–2h/day — timing is flexible, but the work needs to be done every day
• Willing to work independently and ask questions when unsure

Trial & Long-Term Opportunity:

• We start with a short trial period to see if the workflow and fit are right for both sides.
• Strong performers move into a long-term, ongoing collaboration with the possibility to advance to Reddit Manager as results come in.
