Job Title: Waiter and Waitress

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks:Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Table and station maintenance:Set up tables with linens and silverware, and clear tables of dirty dishes and glasses after meals.
• Payment processing:Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
• Customer satisfaction:Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or complaints that may arise.
• Stocking and organization:Restock service stations with supplies like napkins, silverware, coffee, and condiments.
• Adherence to standards:Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Guest interaction and service:Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and make them feel welcome.
• Order taking:Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, take orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
