Job Title: Well Programme Planning and Execution Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Type: Permanent/Full time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment, offset well analysis, and engineering design to optimize well delivery and safety
• Serve as the focal point for technical planning discussions and progress updates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong background in land-based or swamp drilling and completions in the Niger Delta region.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• A Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• A valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control Certificate.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in well planning and execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role involving re-entries, workovers, or sidetrack operations.
• Membership with a professional body such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is preferred.
