Martson De Rock LTD is a leading multi-service solutions provider in Nigeria, specializing in procurement of construction materials, efficient haulage services, high-quality civil construction, and innovative real estate solutions.


We are seeking an experienced and result-driven workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations and fleet maintenance activities.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5–10 years proven working experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Workshop Supervisor.
  • Strong handson experience with the HOWO brand (diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and parts knowledge)
  • High level of competence in fleet management and workshop operations.
  • Sound knowledge and practical application of ISO standards and SON regulations.
  • Strong background in data management/ Analysis and record keeping.
  • Ability to create clear, accurate technical and operational reports.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and explain technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams, with actionable recommendations.
  • Strong technical and leadership skills.
  • HND / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related course

  • Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise technicians and artisans.
  • Knowledge of Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
  • Inventory and spare parts control experience.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
  • Cost control, job estimation, and downtime reduction skills.
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers, drivers, and management effectively.
  • Good communication and decisionmaking skills.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, maintenance logs, reporting tools)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily workshop and fleet maintenance operations.
  • Monitor fleet performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs.
  • Prepare and submit periodic operational and technical reports.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate workshop personnel.
  • Ensure quality control and timely job delivery.
