Job Title: Yard Supervisor

Job Summary

• The Yard Supervisor will support the Yard Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the Yard, ensuring smooth service delivery, proper staff coordination, excellent customer experience, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of waiters/waitresses, kitchen assistants, grill staff, and other Yard personnel.
• Ensure the Yard is properly set up before operations and appropriately closed after business hours.
• Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Monitor staff attendance, appearance, conduct, and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the dining, bar, grill, and service areas.
• Monitor stock usage and report shortages, wastage, damages, or discrepancies.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate significant issues to the Yard Manager.
• Ensure all sales and customer orders are properly recorded.
• Support implementation of promotions, events, and other Yard activities.
• Provide daily operational updates to the Yard Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food-handling standards.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in hospitality, restaurant, lounge, or similar operations.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
