Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s products/services within assigned territories (Lagos Island & Apapa).
  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, market engagement, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance to prospects.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned by the sales supervisor.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards at all times.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive, confident, and enthusiastic personality
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Must be vibrant, smart, and passionate about building a career in sales
  • Willingness to work within Lagos Island or Apapa
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be goal-oriented and target-driven
