Important Note Before You Apply

• This is a 6-month, unpaid internship focused on intensive hands-on training and real-world channel management. In lieu of a salary, you will receive full training (valued at ?100,000+) and a ?10,000 monthly data allowance.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Plan GrowthUnder direct mentorship, you will learn and execute full-scale YouTube growth by working directly on our channel:
• Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit faceless educational/content videos (visuals, screen footage, and voiceovers).
• Growth Strategy & Research: Content research, topic selection, and audience analysis.
• Optimization & SEO: Designing thumbnails, writing titles/descriptions, and YouTube SEO.
• Analytics & Management: Channel performance tracking, content planning, and audience retention metrics.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education Status: Must be graduated from school (OND, HND, or Degree) with full daily availability (Not open to current undergraduates or students.
• Core Skill: Must already know basic video editing. (We teach YouTube strategy and growth, not video editing fundamentals).
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely without continuous supervision.
• Commitment: Willing and able to commit fully for the entire 6-month duration.
